Sign the Fabric

18 Nov

When we land in each county, we’ll  need a representative to verify our arrival.  We’ll ask someone present at the airfield to sign and date a section of aircraft fabric that we’ll  be carrying on board during the flight.

Flight sponsors and scholarship contributors will also be asked to sign.  When the flight is complete, the signatures will become part of the J3’s historical record and the fabric will be used to recover the airplane to keep it flying for another generation.
